Research and Discovery Stage

We started the project by conducting research to understand user needs and pain points. This stage was crucial in gaining valuable insights that shaped the course of the project. We conducted interviews and competitor analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of user demands.

User-Centered Design

Based on the feedback collected in the research stage, we initiated user-centered design. I created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to iterate quickly on solutions, considering the user experience at every stage and incorporating modern and effective design elements, ensuring a user-friendly and pleasant interface.

Validation and Continuous Feedback

Once we had the high-fidelity prototypes in hand, we conducted usability tests with actual users to ensure that the application met their expectations. Iterations based on continuous feedback were essential to refine the interface and improve usability

Beta Version Developmment

After the validation of the prototypes, the development team sprang into action to create the beta version of the application. As a front-end developer, I was responsible for translating the design into functional code. I utilized modern technologies and best practices to ensure solid performance and a consistent user experience.

New Tests in Beta Version

With the Beta version in production, we initiated a new round of usability testing. We identified the need to make essential modifications to further simplify the application and significantly enhance search filters. This was made possible through production testing, which provided us with valuable insights and a deeper understanding of the actual user demands. Based on these results, we implemented improvements to ensure that the application provided an even more efficient and intuitive experience.

Final Results

At the time of creating this portfolio, the application was in production in version 1.0.

Laws App

This project stood out for its agile and efficient approach, driven by the need for a quick delivery.

With an accelerated timeline, we opted for a lean research phase that allowed us to act swiftly, gaining valuable insights.

Instead of traditionally going through the stages of low and high-fidelity prototyping, we went directly to the beta version of the application. This approach allowed us to test, iterate, and refine the user experience in a real environment from the outset, saving time and ensuring the application was quickly available to our users.

At the time of creating this portfolio, the application was in production in version 1.0.

Dashboard Business Inteligence

In this project, I had the privilege to be part of an exciting job that combined the creation of intuitive user interfaces with modern technologies. The challenge was clear: to create customized informative dashboards for clients, each with secure access to their own control panel, where they could monitor and analyze essential data related to their patent orders.

Goal and Challenges

The goal of this project was to provide clients with a unique and information-rich experience, enabling them to quickly access and understand the status of their patent orders and other relevant information. Additionally, we aimed to enhance efficiency and transparency in managing these processes. The challenges were diverse, including:

  1. Customization: Creating a personalized interface for each client, reflecting their specific needs and preferences.
  2. Security: Ensuring that data was accessed securely and restricted only to authorized clients.
  3. User-Friendliness: Designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface so that even clients unfamiliar with technology could easily use the system.

Solution

To address these challenges, we chose to use modern technologies that provided flexibility and efficiency.

  • HTML and CSS: We used HTML and CSS to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces. The combination of well-structured HTML with refined CSS styling resulted in clean and elegant designs that met the clients’ expectations.
  • Vue.js: With the ability to update data in real-time and provide a responsive user experience, Vue.js allowed clients to explore critical information in an agile and effective manner.
  • Power BI: This tool was utilized by the team to create dashboards and process data for report generation.

Instant Messaging System for Brokers and Clients

In 2016, we developed a system that enabled instant communication between brokers and clients, significantly enhancing the user experience by allowing them to resolve doubts and questions directly with experts. The primary goal of this project was to provide a fast and effective means of interaction between brokers and clients seeking information.

The chat system we built facilitated a seamless integration between the company’s website and the messaging tool, resulting in more accurate sales metrics and more efficient control of client distribution and management internally.
